Mark Vohr joined Ohana in 2014, bringing with him extensive experience in the practice of elder law, guardianship, trust, probate, fiduciary duty and estate planning; and as a registered Guardianship and Probate Guardian ad Litem.

As Ohana’s Principal, Mark is responsible for general management of the company and oversight, as authorized decision maker, of the performance of all duties as guardian, trustee, personal representative, and attorney-in-fact. As in-house counsel for Ohana, Mark represents the corporation in routine matters related to the performance of its fiduciary duties.

As a practicing attorney, Mark published numerous articles for the Washington State Bar Association on Elder Law, Guardianship, Probate, Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution, and related litigation; and has been a frequent presenter at Washington State Bar Association Continue Legal Education programs.
